Ask for help
A member who needs a meal, a ride, or a hand with a repair posts it in the app, for themselves or for someone they know.
Helping Others and Providing Encouragement
A church app for practical help and prayer. Members ask for help, volunteers sign up, leaders coordinate, and everyone shares a prayer wall. Sponsored by Mountain View Chapel in Madison, Virginia.
The church already helps people. H.O.P.E. replaces the phone tree, the group text, and the sign-up sheet.
A member who needs a meal, a ride, or a hand with a repair posts it in the app, for themselves or for someone they know.
Members say what they can do, such as cooking, driving, or yard work, and hear about the needs that match.
Church leaders see every open need, who has signed up, and what has been sent, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Post a prayer request to the whole church, to women or men only, or to your group. Post anonymously if you want. Others can tap to say they are praying.
There is no new account or password. H.O.P.E. uses the church directory in Planning Center. Enter the email address or mobile number on your church record and you get a one-time sign-in link and code. Members with a Planning Center login can use that instead.
H.O.P.E. runs on iPhone, Android, and the web. It is in beta with Mountain View Chapel now. To see how it works without signing in, try the demo, which uses a made-up church.
Names, addresses, and phone numbers for a need go only to church leaders and the volunteers who signed up.
Notifications on your lock screen never include names, addresses, or private prayer details.
No ads, no analytics tracking, and your information is never sold.
Adults only. People listed as children in the church directory cannot sign in.
Mountain View Chapel members can ask the church office. For anything about the app itself, or to bring it to your church, call (540) 395-3149 or send us a note.
